Steph Sellar-Peam is a leadership development practitioner with over a decade of experience supporting leaders, teams, and organisations through change, growth, and complex leadership environments.

Her work focuses on helping leaders develop the clarity, emotional intelligence, and reflective capability needed to lead effectively in modern organisations.

Steph has worked across public and private sector environments, partnering with leaders to build practical leadership capability while maintaining a strong focus on human-centred leadership.

Professional Experience

Steph’s professional background spans human resources, leadership development, organisational development, and change management.

Across her career she has worked with leaders at all levels, from emerging leaders through to senior executives, supporting them to strengthen leadership capability, navigate organisational complexity, and lead people effectively.

Her experience includes designing and delivering leadership development programs, implementing organisational change initiatives, building leadership capability frameworks, and coaching leaders through complex people challenges.

Steph holds postgraduate qualifications in business and change management and is accredited in the EQ-i 2.0 Emotional Intelligence assessment.
